The car park is challenging to access, it took me awhile to get the lift door opened and to get in, really need to align the car properly. The room itself is comfortable, with great views of crown tower. The pots are not cleaned well though. The washer and dryer comes in handy. Good place to stay on the whole.

This hotel I cannot recommend. The price and quality don’t match at all. The rooms are not clean, the furniture are very used, the bed is not comfortable and seems very old. The people at the reception seems uninterested. We ask for a room change, but the next room had the same issues like our previous one. After that we decide to leave. The next night we still need to pay, because the hotel did not agree the total refund. They told us it is due to their 48h cancellation policy. Under this circumstance, I would have expected a little more understanding.

這是一幢服務式公寓，位處墨爾本核心商圈，距離Southern Cross Station(機場Air-bus的上落車點，離機場約三十分鐘車程)約五分鐘步行。公寓樓下已是24小時便利店，並在免費電纜車的範圍內，距離皇冠**約十分鐘內的步行。 房間有一股煮食後遺下的濃烈咖哩味，網上訂購的是一張大床，但房內是兩張單人床，要求換房後職員亦積極處理，態度友善。 新房間依舊有陽台，鬧市景觀，備有電爐，焗爐熨斗熨衣板和洗乾衣機，有兩小口子的家居感覺。 但空調不穩定，時而熱風，時而冷氣。浴室抽風不太給力，洗浴後蒸氣久久不散。房間有異味，是老舊的味道，應該跟前宿客煮食無關。房間隔音不理想，在浴室關門後能輕易聽到房中聲音，亦不難聽到一些來自房外走廊的雜音。另外大廳中沙發用濕紙巾抹了三次仍有汙漬，並發現手印，猜估是前宿客煮食後的油煙痕跡，在打掃時員工沒有注意。 入住時白紙黑字清楚寫明不須房間清潔，但第三天仍在未通知的情況下作了簡單打掃，回來看見後頓感尷尬無語(門外沒有預留空間顯示請勿打擾)。 下榻四天目測很大比例的印度、中東、南美、東南亞客人，黃白皮膚不常見。 這個公寓不會再住第二次。
